Sail Training evening 12.8.21

Unfortunately the wind forecast was far too strong to go sailing club dinghy's. The session was on training rigging/de-rigging of boats along instruction on what all the "bits" do. Weather permitting there may also be an opportunity to go afloat briefly with experienced helms, this will cover safe launching & recovery of boats in "surf" - expect to get wet! . Steve did .
thank you Roy . First time I have eaten Scotch pies heated up on the '' barbie '' will be doing again

We rowed East today, 31.7.21

We were joined by skiffs from Anstruther , Pittenweem and Archie also came from Elie . After Sea Queen was sprayed with copius champage and given a branch of green leaves (lucky). The Convoy rowed back to Elie for Coffee and Bacon rolls at the clubhouse provided by Nosebag. Thank you to all who organised this good day away .
